Aquest dia va comen\u00e7ar el curs de monitors de lleure i tamb\u00e9 va ser el dia que el bar &#8220;La Gresca&#8221; del Casal va comen\u00e7ar a funcionar. A partir d&#8217;aquesta setmana, totes les persones que estiguin interessades en llogar el seu habitatge podran penjar la seva oferta en el formulari que trobaran dins <a href=\"http:\/\/www.tordera.cat\/ambit.php?id=19\">l&#8217;Espai Jove<\/a> de la web www.tordera.cat. El formulari recollir\u00e0 tant les dades del propietari com les caracter\u00edstiques i el preu de lloguer de l&#8217;immoble. Els llogaters interessats en l&#8217;oferta podran posar-se en contacte amb el propietari sense necessitat d&#8217;intermediaris.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>A m\u00e9s, des del Punt d&#8217;Informaci\u00f3 Juvenil s&#8217;informar\u00e0 i assessorar\u00e0 sobre les gestions i tr\u00e0mits que cal fer per rebre les ajudes per al lloguer adre\u00e7ades als joves que s&#8217;ofereixen des de la Generalitat i tamb\u00e9 des del Ministeri de la Vivenda. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.radiotordera.cat\/wordpress\/wp-content\/2008\/02\/casal-de-joves.mp3\" target=\"_blank\">El regidor de joventut, Marc Uni\u00f3 recordava que el casal de joves s&#8217;ha de convertir en un punt de trobada<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"background: white none repeat scroll 0% 50%; -moz-background-clip: -moz-initial; -moz-background-origin: -moz-initial; -moz-background-inline-policy: -moz-initial\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana\">La fase de preobertura del Casal s&#8217;allargar\u00e0 fins a la inauguraci\u00f3 del nou equipament, prevista per el 20 de mar\u00e7. Durant aquesta fase pr\u00e8via a la inauguraci\u00f3 s&#8217;est\u00e0 enllestint la programaci\u00f3 de cursos i tallers que s&#8217;hi duran a terme durant l&#8217;any i ja s&#8217;est\u00e0 fent \u00fas dels bucs d&#8217;assaig per als grups de m\u00fasica locals. Tots els joves interessats en utilitzar un buc  poden sol\u00b7licitar-ho al mateix Casal de Joves (C\/ Pujades, 9).
