D’aquesta manera, quedava al marge carreteres de titularitat estatal com la N-II, al seu pas per Tordera. Ara, el conseller d’Interior, Felip Puig, ha explicat que volen promoure una iniciativa al Congr\u00e9s dels Diputats que permeti a la Generalitat multar les prostitutes que es posin en carreteres estatals. El Govern ha impulsat, a trav\u00e9s de la Llei \u00d2mnibus que s’est\u00e0 tramitant al Parlament, sancions de fins a 30.000 euros per a les prostitutes i clients. Aquestes, per\u00f2,nom\u00e9s es poden aplicar a carreteres municipals, comarcals o catalanes. Aix\u00f2 limita l’efectivitat de les mesura i pot provocar un trasllat de les prostitutes cap a carreteres estatals. El conseller d’interior, Felip Puig, explica que impulsaran un conveni perqu\u00e8 l’estat delegui les compet\u00e8ncies a la generalitat i puguin sancionar les prostitutes tamb\u00e9 a carreteres de titularitat estatal.

Puig diu que aquestes mesures ja s’hauran de prendre amb l’entrada del nou govern espanyol.

L’Ajuntament de Tordera ha intentat eradicar aquesta pr\u00e0ctica del terme municipal a cop de multes, per\u00f2 el resultat no ha estat el que s’esperava. Tordera \u00e9s un dels municipis m\u00e9s perjudicats per la prostituci\u00f3.
