Una de les preguntes formulades pel Partit Popular de Tordera en aquest punt estava relacionada amb les obres del nou centre de l’empresa Inditex a Tordera. El regidor popular, Xavier Mart\u00edn, va interessar-se pel nombre de treballadors del municipi que estan treballant en les obres d’enderrocament de l’empresa Fibracolor de Tordera i l’adequaci\u00f3 d’aquests solars, que \u00e9s on s’ha de construir el nou centre log\u00edstic d’Inditex. L’alcalde tamb\u00e9 va avan\u00e7ar que hi haur\u00e0 gent de Tordera treballant a una empresa externa de telefonia vinculada al grup Inditex.

Les naus que aixecar\u00e0 Inditex a les instal\u00b7lacions de l’antiga f\u00e0brica Fibracolor s’estendran en 140.000 metres\uf007 d’una unitat d’actuaci\u00f3 de 220.000 m\uf007, dels quals 46.000 es destinaran a la creaci\u00f3 d’una zona verda. L’empresa Inditex completar\u00e0 d’aquesta manera les instal\u00b7lacions que ja funcionen a la zona des del 1998 i que s\u00f3n la seu central de tres de les seves marques \u2013Massimo Dutti, Bershka i Oysho-.
