En canvi, si es t\u00e9 en compte que l&#8217;empresa est\u00e0 participada per la societat Eplicsa, dependent de la Generalitat i pel grup Inditex, que t\u00e9 beneficis, no \u00e9s el millor acord. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.radiotordera.cat\/wordpress\/wp-content\/2008\/01\/sindicat-fibracolor.mp3\" target=\"_blank\">Ag\u00fcera assegura que la mala gesti\u00f3 dels accionistes i la generalitat, han portat al tancament de l&#8217;empresa<\/a>.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana\">Tot i aix\u00ed, Ag\u00fcera va indicar que els treballadors han valorat positivament l&#8217;acord arribat amb la direcci\u00f3 de l&#8217; empresa, en el qual rebran indemnitzacions de 40 dies per any treballat amb un m\u00e0xim de 22 mensualitats. Per la seva banda, el secretari del sector t\u00e8xtil de la UGT, Juan Mart\u00edn, va assenyalar que s&#8217;ha aconseguit el que els treballadors van demanar, per\u00f2 va lamentar que aix\u00f2 vulgui dir que l&#8217;expedient de regulaci\u00f3 d&#8217;ocupaci\u00f3 es far\u00e0 efectiu i que l&#8217;empresa haur\u00e0 de tancar. Fibracolor, empresa dedicada a la pintura, el blanqueig i els acabats t\u00e8xtils, va anunciar a mitjan mes de novembre passat la presentaci\u00f3 d&#8217;un ERO que afectava 150 dels 280 treballadors.
