Aquestes vedelles pasturen \u00fanicament en els terrenys de la finca, combinant la pastura al prat amb la del bosc, que deixen molt net. S\u00f3n vaques de ra\u00e7a llemosina, que ofereixen una excel\u00b7lent qualitat de carn i, a m\u00e9s, tenen cura dels vedells durant molt temps, per la qual cosa tots els que se sacrifiquen encara s&#8217;alleten de les seves mares.
