Aquest estudi previ a la negociaci\u00f3 \u00e9s una condici\u00f3 que van posar els treballadors a l&#8217;empresa. Segons comenta el secretari general de la Federaci\u00f3 de Fiteqa de CCOO de Catalunya, Jes\u00fas Ribera, en declaracions a l&#8217;Agencia Catalana de Not\u00edcies abans de signar res cal garantir la continu\u00eftat de la resta de la plantilla que no est\u00e0 afectada per l&#8217; expedient de regulaci\u00f3.<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Verdana\">Les negociacions del darrer expedient de regulaci\u00f3 que la direcci\u00f3 de Fibracolor va presentar al comit\u00e8 d&#8217;empresa van quedar aturades a finals de l&#8217;any passat i ara es tornen a reprendre. Abans, per\u00f2, l&#8217;empresa ha de garantir la continu\u00eftat de la part de la plantilla que no est\u00e0 afectada per l&#8217;expedient. Per fer-ho, els treballadors han demanat saber quin volum de feina hi haur\u00e0 els pr\u00f2xims anys a la planta.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana\">Aquestes dades, a banda d&#8217;oferir unes certes garanties, serviran tamb\u00e9 per concretar amb m\u00e9s exactitud de quin nombre &#8220;real&#8221; de llocs de treball caldria prescindir. Segons Ribera &#8220;podrien ser menys dels 150 previstos&#8221;.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana\">Aquest responsable sindical explica que les cl\u00e0usules econ\u00f2miques de l&#8217;expedient no es negociaran fins que estigui resolt aquest assumpte.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana\">Ara per ara, l&#8217;expedient que hi ha sobre la taula, i que ja es va anunciar al novembre, preveu l&#8217;acomiadament de 150 treballadors \u2013es prioritzaran les jubilacions anticipades i les baixes volunt\u00e0ries\u2013, el que representa un 53% de la plantilla actual, que consta de 280 treballadors. Aquesta regulaci\u00f3 dels llocs de treball de Fibracolor \u00e9s la tercera que es fa des de l&#8217;any 2004.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana\">L&#8217;empresa es justifica al\u00b7legant a la crisi del t\u00e8xtil i al descens de feina. Aix\u00ed, els acomiadament volen ser una mesura per garantir la competitivitat i la perman\u00e8ncia de l&#8217;empresa.
