De moment, l&#8217;expedient preveu la regulaci\u00f3 de 150 llocs de treball. Una xifra que supera el 50% de la plantilla actual, ja que en total la f\u00e0brica t\u00e9 280 treballadors.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana\">En aquest moments s&#8217;est\u00e0 negociant en dos sentits. D&#8217;una banda es parla sobre la futura viabilitat econ\u00f2mica de l&#8217;empresa, i de l&#8217;altre, el seu pla industrial que fa refer\u00e8ncia al n\u00famero de treballadors que seran acomiadats i amb quants es quedar\u00e0 l&#8217;empresa. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.radiotordera.cat\/wordpress\/wp-content\/2008\/01\/fibracolor-2.mp3\" target=\"_blank\">Els membres del comit\u00e8 d&#8217;empresa, assenyalen la gesti\u00f3 dels actuals responsables de Fibracolor, com a causants de la mala situaci\u00f3 que viu la fabrica<\/a>.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.radiotordera.cat\/wordpress\/wp-content\/2008\/01\/fibracolor-3.mp3\" target=\"_blank\">Els treballadors de Fibracolor asseguren que el pla de viabilitat presentat per l&#8217;empresa no ser\u00e0 possible sin\u00f3 s&#8217;impliquen els dos m\u00e0xims accionistes, inditex i la generalitat<\/a>.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana\">En aquest darrers anys, aquesta \u00e9s la tercera regulaci\u00f3 de plantilla que executa aquesta empresa. El 2004 ja va acomiadar 37 treballadors i el 2006, una vuitantena m\u00e9s. Abans de la regulaci\u00f3 de 2006 la plantilla de Fibracolor ascendia a 330 persones.
