Durant aquest 365 dies ha at\u00e8s un total de 1.548 consultes, peticions d&#8217;informaci\u00f3 i reclamacions de consumidors.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">L&#8217;Oficina comarcal d&#8217;informaci\u00f3 al consumidor es va estrenar amb l&#8217;allau de queixes i reclamacions dels afectats pels talls de subministrament el\u00e8ctric provocats per la nevada del mes de mar\u00e7 de 2010. En total es van tramitar 481 reclamacions. Els ve\u00efns de Tordera amb 172 reclamacions i els de Sant Cebri\u00e0 de Vallalta amb 130 van ser el col\u00b7lectiu que m\u00e9s va utilitzar el servei per fer arribar a la companyia el\u00e8ctrica les seves reclamacions pels danys i perjudicis que els hi va provar el tall de corrent.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">Deixant de banda aquest afer puntual, l&#8217;oficina ha at\u00e8s les peticions de 1.067 consumidors i els temes estrella han estat per ordre: la telefonia m\u00f2bil, la garantia, la devoluci\u00f3 de productes i la llum.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>L&#8217;Oficina comarcal d&#8217;informaci\u00f3 al consumidor celebra el seu primer any de funcionament amb un important balan\u00e7 de feina feta.
