La moci\u00f3 presentada per totes les forces pol\u00edtiques de la comarca \u2013PSC, CiU, ERC, PP i ICV\u2013 demana que es retirin les imputacions i que s&#8217;arxivin les actuacions, o b\u00e9 que &#8220;s&#8217;adrecin a qui t\u00e9 la compet\u00e8ncia i la capacitat efectiva&#8221;. Concretament, el text apunta que la depuraci\u00f3 de les aig\u00fces urbanes, va ser assumida per l&#8217;Ag\u00e8ncia Catalana d&#8217;Aigua (ACA) a qui, segons assenyalen, tant l&#8217;ajuntament de Tordera com el de Dosrius van cedir els espais p\u00fablics necessaris per a la construcci\u00f3 de les corresponents depuradores perqu\u00e8 els abocament puguin ser eliminats i les aig\u00fces tractades. En reiterades ocasions, l&#8217;alcalde de Tordera, Joan Carles Garcia ha defensat la seva actuaci\u00f3 en aquest tema i ha criticat a l&#8217;ACA davant una obra que ells haurien d&#8217;assumir.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana\">Davant d&#8217;aix\u00f2, els grups pol\u00edtics amb representaci\u00f3 al Consell Comarcal sol\u00b7liciten &#8220;amb tot el respecte institucional per les funcions i el treball de la Fiscalia de Medi Ambient, que es retirin les imputacions a t\u00edtol personal als alcaldes i que s&#8217;arxivin les actuacions, o b\u00e9 que s&#8217;adrecin a qui t\u00e9 la compet\u00e8ncia i la capacitat efectiva&#8221;.
