La superf\u00edcie \u00fatil dels pisos oscil.la entre els 45 m2 del m\u00e9s petit i els 60 m2 del m\u00e9s gran, en funci\u00f3 del nombre d&#8217;habitacions (1 o 2). La majoria d&#8217;aquests pisos tenen vinculada una pla\u00e7a de garatge.<span style=\"color: black\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: black; font-family: Verdana\">A l&#8217;acte hi assistiran tamb\u00e9 l&#8217;adjunt a alcaldia, Regidor de Cultura, Mitjans de Comunicaci\u00f3 i Participaci\u00f3 Ciutadana de l&#8217;Ajuntament de Tordera, Josep Llorens, el sotsdirector general de Promoci\u00f3 de l&#8217;Habitatge Protegit i S\u00f2l Residencial associat de la Generalitat de Catalunya, Antoni Teignier, l&#8217;arquitecte de la promoci\u00f3, Jordi Ponset\u00ed, i representants de l&#8217;empresa constructora i de l&#8217;Incas\u00f2l.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana\">Amb el lliurament dels pisos de lloguer social a Sant Jaume es posa el punt i final a un llarg proc\u00e9s d&#8217;adjudicaci\u00f3.
