Cinquanta-cinc habitatges tenen dos dormitoris i 7 en tenen un. A m\u00e9s, la promoci\u00f3 compta amb dos locals que s’adequaran per convertir-los en dos habitatges tutelats, d’acord amb un conveni signat entre l’Ajuntament i l’Incas\u00f2l.
