La promoci\u00f3 t\u00e9 23 habitatges, sis dels quals s’han reservat a l’Ajuntament per a reallotjaments urban\u00edstics. La resta de pisos que no s’han lliurat avui s’aniran adjudicant els propers mesos donant impuls a la llista d’espera. Per accedir a aquests pisos, s’han adm\u00e8s 28 sol\u00b7licituds i se n’han excl\u00f2s 49, perqu\u00e8 no reunien els requisits de la convocat\u00f2ria. El director general de promoci\u00f3 de l’habitatge, Joaquim Gasc\u00f3 ha destacat l’ impuls de la generalitat per oferir habitatge de lloguer<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Del total d’habitatges, amb una superf\u00edcie que oscil\u00b7la entre els 43 m^{2<\/sup> i els 73 m^{2<\/sup>, setze disposen d’un dormitori i set en tenen dos. Tots disposen de pla\u00e7a d’aparcament vinculada. L’obra ha estat projectada pels arquitectes Carles Vinardell i Luis Alegre i ha comptat amb un pressupost d’1,68 milions d’euros.<\/p>\n}}

Al mateix sector de Sant Jaume, l’Incas\u00f2l ha constru\u00eft un edifici de 66 habitatges destinats al lloguer: 58 tenen dos dormitoris i 8 un, amb una superf\u00edcie d’entre 45 m^{2<\/sup> i 60 m^{2<\/sup>. Un \u00e9s adaptat per a persones amb mobilitat redu\u00efda. Tamb\u00e9 hi ha 69 places d’aparcament, 62 de les quals vinculades als pisos. Aquesta obra s’ha basat en un projecte de l’arquitecte Jordi Ponset\u00ed i ha comptat amb un pressupost de 5,40 milions d’euros. \u00c9s previst que el sorteig tingui lloc a finals de maig.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"}}
