En qualsevol cas, segons el Departament d&#8217;Habitatge, el lloguer for\u00e7\u00f3s ser\u00e0 l&#8217;\u00faltima opci\u00f3, nom\u00e9s aplicable despr\u00e9s de dos anys de rebuig de les mesures complement\u00e0ries que proposa l&#8217;executiu i amb unes quantes excepcions, com ara quan el pis estigui pendent d&#8217;her\u00e8ncia, quan siguin de gent gran que hagin anat a una resid\u00e8ncia o al pis d&#8217;un fill seu. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.radiotordera.cat\/wordpress\/wp-content\/2010\/05\/salarichs-lloguer-1.mp3\" target=\"_blank\">La regidora d&#8217;urbanisme de l&#8217;ajuntament de Tordera, Rosa Salarichs assegura que la demanda de pisos al poble ha baixat molt despr\u00e9s de l&#8217;adjudicaci\u00f3 dels dos blocs de protecci\u00f3 oficial a la zona de Sant Jaume<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana\">Des del govern recorden que la Generalitat ofereix diverses mesures de foment del lloguer, com l&#8217;aval lloguer, una cessi\u00f3 durant sis anys o ajudes de fins a 6.000 euros per fer reformes als pisos, en el cas de Tordera es preveuen ajudes de 1000 euros. Tamb\u00e9 subratllen que el lloguer for\u00e7\u00f3s respon a l&#8217;esperit de la llei de l&#8217;habitatge, aprovada el 2007, que estableix que l&#8217;habitatge t\u00e9 una &#8220;funci\u00f3 social&#8221;. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.radiotordera.cat\/wordpress\/wp-content\/2010\/05\/salarichs-lloguer-2.mp3\" target=\"_blank\">Rosa Salarichs assegura que l&#8217;intenci\u00f3 de l&#8217;ajuntament \u00e9s promoure m\u00e9s habitatge social<\/a>.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana\">La Generalitat ha identificat 84 municipis amb una situaci\u00f3 especialment complicada. En total, es preveu que es posaran al mercat uns 62.000 pisos buits.
