Les m\u00e0quines treballen a bon ritme per deixar net el solar on hi haur\u00e0 el nou centre de log\u00edstica de l&#8217;empresa Inditex, que ocupar\u00e0 no tan sols l&#8217;espai actual, sin\u00f3 tamb\u00e9 una bona part dels terrenys que hi ha al davant i que limiten amb la carretera Nacional II. Actualment les naus centrals ja estan a terra i la previsi\u00f3 es que les obres d&#8217;enderroc acabin aquest mes de juny.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">Les naus que es volen aixecar als terrenys que encara ocupa la f\u00e0brica s&#8217;estendran en 140.000 m\u00b2 d&#8217;una unitat d&#8217;actuaci\u00f3 de 220.000 m\u00b2, dels quals 46.000 es destinaran a la creaci\u00f3 d&#8217;una zona verda. L&#8217;empresa Inditex completar\u00e0 d&#8217;aquesta manera les instal\u00b7lacions que ja funcionen a la zona des del 1998 i que s\u00f3n la seu central de tres de les seves marques \u2013Massimo Dutti, Bershka i Oysho\u2013.
