Amb titulaci\u00f3 UEFA A d&#8217;entrenador, Vila substitueix Gerard Roca \u2014que marxa al Bayer Leverkusen alemany\u2014 amb un objectiu clar: alliberar els t\u00e8cnics perqu\u00e8 es puguin centrar exclusivament a entrenar i fer el seguiment de jugadors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El nou coordinador s&#8217;ha mostrat molt agra\u00eft per l&#8217;oportunitat.
